Guadalupe Vazquez was born in Tijuana, Mexico. Her personal journey began with many challenges, leading her to search deeply for emotional strength, inner healing, and a better quality of life.

After exploring different meditation and healing techniques, Guadalupe created Breath of Life — a short yet powerful dynamic meditation practice designed to support inner awareness, personal growth, and a deeper connection with the self.
